We operate 6 modern CNC machining centres and surface grinding equipment, supported by advanced in-house programming:

•  3 High-Speed CNC Machining Centres (3-Axis): Working dimensions up to 2100 mm × 1200 mm × 800 mm, allowing the machining of large components or multiple parts simultaneously.
•  1 Deep-Hole Drilling and Horizontal Machining Centre (4-Axis): Capacity for structural blocks, die blocks and large components, with working dimensions of 1626 × 1270 × 813 mm.
• 1 High-Speed CNC Machining Centre (5-Axis): Our 5-axis machining centre enables the production of organic geometries and highly complex components with excellent reliability. Ideal for demanding applications requiring high-quality surface finishes and tight tolerances. Working dimensions: 750 mm × 550 mm × 550 mm.
• 1 Vertical Roughing Machining Centre (3-Axis):Preparation of raw blocks in hardened steels, with working dimensions of 1500 × 800 × 700 mm.
• 1 Surface Grinder:Acabamento micrométrico por Retificação Plana industrial, 1500+800
• Rastreabilidade Total: Micrometric finishing using industrial surface grinding, 1500 × 800 mm.

Technologies Used

• CAM: Autodesk PowerMILL and hyperMILL (advanced high-speed programming for 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining).
• Quality Control: Rigorous dimensional inspection on a dedicated inspection bench.
